Branding design for clockworking machinery!
I'm a pedal nerd myself, one time back in 2018 I met a guy who happened to share the same love for guitar pedals I have, only he was a pedal developer and sound designer. I decided to partner with him and develop his brand.
My client already had some ideas about what he wanted his brand to look like and soon we both discovered how much we loved the concept of a "victorian esque" - "steampunk" brand, soon I began making experiments with fonts and soon after with illustration.
Sadly, our collaboration lasted only a few years but the challenge and results are something I am truly proud about. Here you'll find the branding itself, influences, mockups of the pedals we designed and future plans for now defunct devices.
